We source the finest building material and fittings. Before incorporating the materials, they are tried and tested on various construction parameters.

We also conduct Project Review Management (PRM). It is a process wherein the ongoing projects are reviewed on a monthly basis depending on the progress.

Green Field Housing India Limited is an ISO 9001:2015 certified company. All the activities, processes and procedures defined under Greenfield Housing are as per the strict and detailed ISO Quality Systems Standard. Our certification is from British Certifications Incorporation, Delhi. The QMS ensures delivery of a quality construction project at optimum costs with minimum impact to the environment and society.

Chairman

Mr. V.Sadhasivam, presently Treasurer of CREDAI Tamilnadu, has been instrumental in shaping the way we function. His progressive manner of thinking continues to guide us in the right direction. He has a strong background which initially focussed on the textile industry. He then started working on Government Projects and private villas. He has steered us through expediting acquisitions, cutting costs, and overseeing the strategic business processes of the organization." Having spent years in the real estate industry, he has a deep understanding of the Indian real estate market, right from land acquisition and approval process, to project development. He contributed to the board his distinctive vision, planning, execution, administrative talents, and comprehensive insight on the process and operations, essential for running a firm in a professional manner. He also has broad and varied experience in the real estate market.

Managing Director

Shri. C. K. Balasubramaniam, Treasurer of Kangeyam Group of Institution & Joint MD of CMK Groups is a man of principle with a keen sense of asthetics. With a degree in B.E.Mech, he worked his way up his chosen field by starting with a civil engineering contract for Government Projects. He drew his inspiration from the experiences he has encountered in observing how a place of living could influence one's way of thinking and bring peace of mind with serene surroundings in a fast-paced world.

He resolved to bring more experiences to people through world class amenities at affordable prices.

The first villa project was started in Hosur with 120 villas built in 2011. This was followed by Erode in 2012 and Kalapatti, Coimbatore in 2013. All the projects, including Integrated townships, were resounding successes constructed with quality materials, asthetically pleasing designs, and Vaastu compliant features. The projects bore the hallmark of quintessential Greenfield trust and ethics.
